Responsibilities
- Supporting design engineers with driveline design changes and drawing updates
- Leading a focused project to eliminate differential shimming adjustments on combine transmissions
- Collaborating with the team to review designs, test solutions, and validate improvements
- Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and CAD updates
- Learning how global engineering teams collaborate to support multiple harvesting platforms
Job Requirements
- Pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or Ag-Systems Management
- Strong interest in mechanical and systems engineering
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with CAD software is preferred
- Willingness to learn and contribute to real-world engineering projects
