Responsibilities
- Own and drive quality for new product introductions and existing digital products.
- Manage factory yield performance to meet six sigma quality goals.
- Conduct actionable data analysis to identify trends and root causes.
- Capture quality requirements and data for Cisco products.
- Provide recommendations for quality improvements and governance.
- Communicate proposals and status updates to Cisco Executives.
- Independently identify issues with product lines based on trending data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and hardware quality management.
- Solid understanding of root cause investigation and data analysis.
- Experience presenting findings and corrective actions to executives.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
