Responsibilities
- Advocate for New Product Introduction Quality and Field Quality.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends in field reliability performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for quality improvements.
- Manage and close factory or field escalations.
- Review Ongoing Reliability Testing data against field trends.
- Work with teams to analyze yield loss and develop solutions.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate quality status effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, product design, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with 8D Issue Resolution Process.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various engineering teams.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical content effectively.
