Responsibilities
- Own and drive quality for new product introductions, factory, and field performance.
- Manage factory yield performance to achieve six sigma quality goals.
- Develop and execute a quality plan for new products through gate reviews.
- Analyze data to detect trends and identify root causes for continuous improvement.
- Capture quality requirements and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate quality strategies and status updates to Cisco Executives.
- Identify issues with product lines based on trending field return data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design, failure analysis, and hardware quality management.
- Strong skills in root cause investigation and data analysis.
- Ability to present findings and corrective actions to executives and business partners.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
