Responsibilities
- Designing and building mechanical systems for solar assembly
- Testing and iterating on mechanical designs
- Investigating and resolving hardware issues with robots
- Communicating with other engineers for design integration
- Working with large industrial hardware
- Contributing to the development of robotic systems for solar farm assembly
- Engaging in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Requirements
- Experience with industry-standard CAD software (Onshape preferred)
- Knowledge of part fabrication and outsourcing drawings
- Excellent written communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to the SF bay area
- Passion for mitigating climate change
- Excitement for seeing work deployed in real-world applications
- A 4-year degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred)
