Responsibilities
- Lead the development of power system architectures and derive power subsystem requirements.
- Design DC-DC power converters, power supplies, and power distribution systems.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of power supplies including worst-case circuit analysis and reliability analysis.
- Develop design verification test plans and compliance matrices for power converters.
- Lead board bring-up and design verification testing of power electronics circuits.
- Mentor younger engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
- Drive project execution as the lead of a small team of power electronics engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience designing analog and power electronics.
- Experience with electrical power systems and subsystems.
- Knowledge of control theory and stability of power electronics.
- Extensive hands-on experience with testing and troubleshooting electronics.
- Experience with analysis and simulation tools like SPICE and MATLAB.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
