Responsibilities
- Lead FPGA engineering teams across multiple geographical locations and product lines.
- Define and enforce standardized design methodologies, reuse strategies, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define FPGA requirements and interfaces.
- Manage resource allocation, project schedules, and technical risks across programs.
- Mentor and grow engineering talent.
- Conduct performance reviews and career development planning.
- Track and report status of FPGA projects to executive stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FPGA design and development.
- 3+ years in technical leadership or management of FPGA or digital hardware teams.
- Proven experience delivering complex FPGA solutions.
- Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with AMD (Xilinx), Intel (Altera), and/or Microchip FPGA toolchains.
- Strong knowledge of digital signal processing and high-speed interfaces.
