Responsibilities
- Support the development of production test strategies based on product design specifications.
- Develop test plans and requirements for customer products, including hardware and software elements.
- Lead procurement, qualification, and installation support for manufacturing for large customers.
- Optimize test processes focusing on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield.
- Provide project leadership and manage communications with team members and suppliers for test deployments.
- Collaborate with Design to refine solutions based on feedback related to product testability and user experience.
- Stay updated with relevant industry knowledge and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of automatic test equipment and test programs.
- Experience in developing test plans and strategies.
- Ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
