Responsibilities
- Lead the development of production test solutions, including strategic planning and design.
- Create test development proposals based on production test requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to support engineers.
- Review product design requirements and develop production test strategies.
- Act as the primary customer technical contact.
- Analyze tradeoffs in complex test systems and recommend solutions.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of related experience in RF test development.
- Experience with high-frequency RF testing (up to 50GHz).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Financial acumen for project planning and budgeting.
- Technical competence in test engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
