Responsibilities
- Lead the development of production test solutions, including planning, design, and implementation.
- Create test development proposals based on production requirements and resource needs.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of support engineers.
- Review and interpret product design specifications to develop test strategies.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers.
- Analyze tradeoffs in complex test systems and recommend solutions.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of related experience in RF test development.
- Strong project management skills with financial acumen.
- Experience with RF testing technologies, especially up to 50GHz.
- Ability to lead complex engineering projects and manage teams.
- Proficiency in test strategy creation and system integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
