Responsibilities
- Arrange and direct technical activities of small to medium scale programs.
- Provide technical support during evaluations of training devices.
- Resolve technical problems and support suppliers and manufacturing.
- Participate in installations and final sell-off of training devices.
- Support bid and proposal processes by reviewing specifications and recommending solutions.
- Conduct independent studies and perform product development activities.
- Collaborate closely with peers and management to coordinate engineering activities efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices of Mechanical Engineering.
- Detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve technical and business issues logically.
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
- Preferred experience with CAD tools like SolidWorks or Creo, and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
