Responsibilities
- Arrange and direct technical activities of large-scale programs.
- Provide technical expertise during evaluations of training devices.
- Ensure simulation products meet contractual and technical requirements.
- Resolve technical problems and support suppliers and manufacturing.
- Participate in installations and final acceptance of training devices.
- Support bids by reviewing technical specifications and recommending solutions.
- Guide junior team members and perform product development activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices in Mechanical Engineering.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to solve technical issues logically.
- Preferred experience with machine shop tools and SolidWorks.
- Eligibility for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
