Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end mechanical component lifecycle, focusing on enclosures and structural parts.
- Act as a technical liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to define product requirements and ensure feasibility.
- Support business development teams with technical insights during customer meetings.
- Translate technical needs into action plans for suppliers and manufacturers.
- Perform mechanical feasibility assessments, including DFM and DFA reviews.
- Oversee supplier coordination for various manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical product development or project engineering.
- Hands-on exposure to mass production methods (CNC, stamping, casting).
- Strong familiarity with CAD software.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and component suppliers.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and drive product realization.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing partners and client sites.
