Responsibilities
- Sustain the production line on a day-to-day basis.
- Troubleshoot technical problems on the production floor.
- Create and maintain process work instructions and fixture drawings.
- Maintain Bill of Materials for Electron Microscope assembly.
- Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) and ramp-up of products.
- Document existing assembly processes and continuously improve efficiency.
- Optimize facility layout through Time Studies and Lean practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline.
- At least two years of experience in R&D and/or Manufacturing.
- Strong self-management and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner and willing to become an expert in a new field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in product launch and ramp-up of new products.
