Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team for factory operations.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies for production and innovation.
- Mentor engineering teams across product, test, and manufacturing functions.
- Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
- Oversee process design and optimization for server assembly and testing.
- Manage industrialization of new products and coordinate engineering readiness.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Quality teams to enhance operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in box build and rack-level testing environments.
- Strong background in test engineering and process validation.
- Familiarity with MES, SPC, and lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record in managing high-mix/low-volume operations.
