Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team for full product lifecycle and factory operations.
- Develop and implement the engineering strategy to support production, quality, and scalability goals.
- Drive a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Oversee process design, optimization, and control for server and rack-level assembly/testing.
- Manage industrialization of new products and coordinate engineering readiness for production.
- Lead the development of server-level and rack-level test systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure manufacturability and cost-optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Proven track record in box build, system assembly, and rack-level testing environments.
- Strong background in test engineering and process validation.
- Familiarity with NPI processes and high-mix/low-volume operations.
- Experience with lean/Six Sigma principles and smart factory systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
