Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team for product lifecycle and factory operations.
- Develop and implement the engineering strategy for production, innovation, and quality.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Own process design and optimization for server and rack-level assembly/test.
- Manage site-level industrialization of new products and ensure engineering readiness for each phase gate.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on manufacturability and product optimization.
- Lead development of test systems and ensure robust quality monitoring systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Proven track record in box build, system assembly, and rack-level testing.
- Strong background in test engineering and process validation.
- Experience with NPI processes and high-mix/low-volume operations.
- Familiarity with lean/Six Sigma and smart factory systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
