Responsibilities
- Lead Brelyon’s engineering team to develop immersive display hardware.
- Oversee R&D, design, prototyping, and testing of product architectures.
- Collaborate with product management and executive leadership for technology strategies.
- Recruit and mentor team members to foster innovation and excellence.
- Build partnerships with suppliers and research labs to advance core technologies.
- Ensure product performance, manufacturability, and scalability from R&D through mass production.
Job Requirements
- Ph.D. in optical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or related field.
- 5+ years of industry engineering experience with optical hardware systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in optical systems for display or imaging applications.
- Deep understanding of advanced image processing and computer vision techniques.
- Knowledge of multiple manufacturing methods such as die casting and injection molding.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, collaborative, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
