Responsibilities
- Key member of a "Startup/Stay-Up Squad" for plant reliability and safety.
- Identify and develop solutions for design defects in new plants.
- Lead the creation of MOCs for plant modifications or upgrades.
- Collaborate with 3rd-party engineering companies for deliverables.
- Ensure readiness of operations and maintenance teams for new facilities.
- Provide engineering input into procedures and strategies for operations.
- Support during the first-time startup of multiple new facilities annually.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in natural gas processing or related fields.
- Proven track record in engineering standards and practices for operating facilities.
- Experience with mechanical modifications and overseeing repair scopes.
- Technical understanding of gas processing equipment operations.
- Proficient in working with PFDs and P&IDs.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
