Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate learning-based solutions for robotic manipulation and behavior planning.
- Leverage multimodal inputs and modern ML architectures to improve decision making.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers on AI/ML development systems for data collection and model deployment.
- Maintain simulation systems for data generation and model training.
- Integrate learned components into the broader autonomy stack with other teams.
- Transition R&D prototypes into robust production-quality systems.
- Contribute to scalable AI experimentation infrastructure and model management.
Job Requirements
- MS with 3 years of industry experience or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field.
- Experience in large collaborative codebases (Python and C++).
- Expertise in Imitation Learning, Unsupervised Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with data collection strategies and large-scale proprietary datasets.
- Familiarity with simulations for AI/ML workflows.
- Ability to bridge R&D and product development with strong communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with physics simulation, robotic manipulation, or ML deployment on edge systems.
