Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and clarify project objectives, ensuring teams have necessary guidance and resources.
- Manage project milestones for software and hardware integration.
- Support new technology platforms and product development as needed.
- Set project budgets/schedules and track performance.
- Identify and manage project risks (technical and other).
- Build relationships with technical experts and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience within engineering.
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience in a Product Development role, preferably in consumer electronics.
- 2 to 3 years minimum experience in a Program/Project Manager role.
- BS in Engineering required; MS in Engineering or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with project scheduling and planning, including MS Project or equivalent.
- Strong collaboration, influencing skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Understanding of software development processes and hardware integration.
