Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and clarify project objectives and ensure teams have necessary guidance and resources.
- Manage project milestones for software and hardware integration.
- Set project budgets and schedules, tracking performance and adjusting plans as needed.
- Identify and manage project risks (technical and other).
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing scalable project management processes.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams for resource planning.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in engineering.
- 3 years minimum experience in a Product Development role, preferably in consumer electronics.
- 5 years minimum experience in a Program/Project Manager role.
- BS in Engineering required; MS in Engineering or MBA is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and software.
- Strong understanding of operations and supply chain principles.
- Experience with project scheduling and planning tools (e.g., MS Project).
