Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical wire harness detail, assembly, and installation designs.
- Integrate functional system requirements into wire harness architecture.
- Collaborate with factory partners to ensure designs can be built efficiently and safely.
- Follow detailed processes, specifications, and procedures for safe design and manufacture.
- Collect data to support the development of statements of work.
- Assist in technical reviews of supplier capabilities.
- Support critical analysis and design reviews under the supervision of a lead engineer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related fields.
- 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
- Preferred degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with wire harness, electrical, or mechanical design.
- Familiarity with wire design tools (WIRS, MAPPER, CADDS, Capital Logic).
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements.
- Willingness to work onsite.
