Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical wire harness detail, assembly, and installation designs.
- Integrate functional system requirements into wire harness architecture.
- Assist with engineering design disposition on discrepancies.
- Collaborate with factory partners to ensure efficient and safe designs.
- Follow detailed processes and specifications for safe design and manufacture.
- Collect data to support the development of statements of work.
- Support technical review of supplier capabilities and design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Preferred degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical/Aerospace, or Material Science.
- Experience with wire harness, electrical, and/or mechanical design.
- Familiarity with wire design tools (e.g., WIRS, MAPPER, CADDS, Capital Logic).
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements.
- Must be able to work onsite at designated locations.
