Responsibilities
- Manage employees performing industrial engineering activities related to supply chain improvements.
- Develop and implement plans and policies aligned with business strategies.
- Acquire and coordinate resources for projects and processes.
- Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee and approve technical approaches and processes.
- Manage, develop, and motivate team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations/Industrial Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Experience working with suppliers and building organizational talent pipelines.
