Responsibilities
- Manage employees performing industrial engineering activities.
- Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures.
- Acquire and coordinate resources for projects and processes.
- Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations/Industrial Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Experience in building partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.
