Responsibilities
- Research contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for proposals and processes.
- Develop quality metrics and certification plans to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Analyze capability assessments for supplier selection activities.
- Perform data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
- Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances.
- Analyze non-conformance trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Compile performance reports and statistical data to ensure process capability levels are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- More than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Experience compiling and analyzing process data and metrics.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
- Preferred experience with AS9100 or similar Quality Management Systems.
