Responsibilities
- Review, coordinate, and disposition customer inquiries/issues.
- Research prior solutions and assess issues for potential safety items.
- Engage with customers and provide technical presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to build relationships.
- Identify high-priority customer issues and provide technical/project management support.
- Support nacelle repair inquiries and design one-off repairs.
- Interface with Service Engineering teams to address customer concerns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited course of study.
- 2+ years of experience in propulsion structures.
- Preferred: 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
- Experience with metallic and composite structures.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Willingness to expand into technical areas without prior experience.
- Must meet export control compliance requirements.
