Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate customer inquiries/issues in Service Engineering.
- Research prior solutions to customer issues.
- Assess issues for potential safety items.
- Engage with customers and provide technical presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Identify high-priority customer issues.
- Support nacelle repair inquiries in Repair Design Engineering.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of experience in propulsion structures.
- Experience with metallic and composite structures (preferred).
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Willingness to expand into new technical areas.
- 5+ years of related work experience (preferred).
- Ability to provide technical/project management support.
