Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conceptual designs for manufacturing processes.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for technical integration.
- Lead the creation and execution of manufacturing plans.
- Conduct analyses to ensure manufacturing process capabilities meet requirements.
- Analyze design concepts for manufacturability.
- Develop production methodologies and tooling.
- Resolve technical problems affecting performance, cost, or schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Preferred: 7+ years of related experience.
- Familiarity with production systems and Industrial Engineering tools.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to implement lean principles in manufacturing.
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance required.
