Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conceptual designs while maintaining program architecture.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams to integrate technical solutions.
- Lead and implement manufacturing plans.
- Conduct producibility and variation analyses.
- Analyze design/build concepts for producibility.
- Develop production and tooling methodologies.
- Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Preferred: 7+ years of related work experience.
- Familiarity with production systems like MESci and Teamcenter PDM.
- Experience with 3D model-based instructions.
- Understanding of Industrial Engineering tools.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
