Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering and other functional organizations to obtain resources and develop support plans and schedules.
- Facilitate cross-functional LEAN Improvement workshops.
- Manage projects to gain efficiencies through process changes and implementation of best practices.
- Maintain SharePoint queues and workflows to enable cross-functional handoffs and provide management visibility.
- Develop forecasting methodology for the Supply Chain Engineering team.
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator Metrics for the Supply Chain Engineering Team.
- Provide Industrial Engineering support to internal and external suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Industrial Engineering or Methods Process Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience with extracting and compiling data from multiple sources.
- 5+ years of experience with implementing continuous process improvement and lean processes.
- Knowledge of 6-Sigma / OPD and LEAN Workshop facilitation.
- Familiarity with workflow systems and SharePoint.
- Knowledge in VBA / SQL and Additive Manufacturing.
