Responsibilities
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions
- Develops and maintains program architecture for build
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses
- Provides producibility information for project plans
- Analyzes design/build concepts for producibility
Job Requirements
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical manufacturing processes
- Experience with Boeing Manufacturing System
- Proficiency with manufacturing tools (PDM, CAPP, CMES, MESci, EPARTs, GOLDesp)
- 3+ years in a production/manufacturing environment
- 3+ years in a Manufacturing Engineering role
- Experience with space or military electronics preferred
