Responsibilities
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for technical solutions integration.
- Develops and maintains program architecture for build.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses.
- Analyzes design/build concepts for manufacturability.
- Validates production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical manufacturing processes and assembly sequencing.
- Prior experience with Boeing Manufacturing System.
- Experience with manufacturing tools (PDM, CAPP, CMES, MESci, EPARTs, GOLDesp).
- 3+ years in a production/manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
- Experience with space or military electronics is preferred.
