Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies
- Participate as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs for build
- Assist in implementing manufacturing plans
- Resolve technical problems and implement new engineering principles
- Assist in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies
- Interface with suppliers and internal customers to develop products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years in design or manufacturing engineering roles
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of General Drawing Interpretation & GD&T
- Experience in lab test or flight test environments (preferred)
