Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical components.
- Define and document maintenance tools, guides, and PM strategies for equipment.
- Apply reliability-centered maintenance techniques to identify and address critical issues.
- Develop plans for equipment PMs and ensure compliance.
- Manage maintenance-related projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.
- Engage and manage contractors for repairs and project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement of maintenance KPIs through analysis techniques.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in industrial metals manufacturing.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with pumps, motors, and industrial furnaces.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance techniques and CMMS systems.
- Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of CAD and computer applications including Microsoft Office.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident for ITAR compliance.
