Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Define and deploy maintenance tools, including troubleshooting guides and standard work procedures.
- Apply reliability-centered maintenance techniques to identify and address critical issues.
- Develop plans for and ensure compliance with equipment preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Identify spare parts and manage inventory levels for plant equipment.
- Administer CMMS for the region and ensure accuracy in its training.
- Manage maintenance-related projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in industrial metals manufacturing.
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, cooling systems, and basic control systems.
- Experience with reliability-centered maintenance techniques and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with spare parts identification and inventory management.
- Lean Certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with plant leadership.
