Responsibilities
- Lead Mechanical Design and develop robust systems for aerospace automation.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle of components and assemblies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and conceptual design activities for warehouse automation.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for seamless integration of systems.
- Develop prototypes and validate designs through testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Champion continuous improvement and cost-optimization strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience with complex mechanical or mechatronic systems and 2D CAD proficiency.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary project teams.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
