Responsibilities

  • Work on applied manufacturing engineering projects.
  • Support the development and fabrication of mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid, and avionics systems.
  • Integrate design for manufacturing, test, operations, and materials & processes.
  • Gain real-world experience through hands-on projects.
  • Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals.
  • Participate in organizational learning events.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to solve problems.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident.
  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program with at least one semester remaining.
  • Available for full-time work during the internship.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for space exploration.
  • Experience in product design or manufacturing is desired.
  • Familiarity with GD&T and DFMA is preferred.
