Responsibilities
- Evaluate and validate defects and nonconforming conditions on structures.
- Conduct analysis and issue engineering dispositions for materials.
- Lead MRB meetings to address root causes of non-conformance.
- Develop disposition plans for non-conforming materials.
- Provide technical guidance for integration of structures.
- Design and analyze primary and secondary structures using 3D CAD.
- Support configuration development and trade studies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.S. degree in engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with aerospace structures.
- Experience in structural design of metallic components.
- Strong mechanical design skills using 3D CAD software.
- Familiarity with GD&T analysis (ASME Y14.5).
- Hands-on experience in an aerospace environment preferred.
- Knowledge of material selection and manufacturing techniques.
