Responsibilities
- Participate in the design cycle, including requirements derivation and system performance modeling.
- Conduct structural analysis and support manufacturing and integration processes.
- Assist in the assembly and testing of development and flight hardware.
- Identify and implement design changes for improved reliability and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with various business units on engineering projects.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a BS Degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a relevant field.
- Basic understanding of design fundamentals and proficiency in 3D CAD programs.
- Familiarity with strength and mechanics of materials and structural analysis.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience demonstrating technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
