Responsibilities
- Support the stage integration engineering team for New Glenn.
- Ensure seamless component design and manufacturing.
- Maintain meticulous performance and safety standards.
- Apply technical expertise and leadership skills to enhance safe human spaceflight.
- Utilize 3D CAD programs to create engineering drawings.
- Take ownership of projects and work with minimal direction.
- Collaborate within a team to solve engineering problems related to aerospace structures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in aerospace structures or mechanical systems design.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Creo preferred).
- Experience with GD&T (ASME Y14.5) for engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with aerospace hardware design and materials.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assemblies or pressurized systems.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.
