Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and ensure cost-effective execution to meet program objectives.
- Identify and manage technical and programmatic risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to drive product cost and delivery objectives.
- Develop and oversee the technical plan to meet customer requirements and internal design criteria.
- Ensure quality of engineering outputs and provide technical direction to the team.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture that adheres to HR processes and policies.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering or significant experience in engineering leadership.
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace propulsion systems.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Basic knowledge across relevant engineering disciplines.
- Strong communication skills for effective organizational communication.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful U.S. residency required.
