Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire design cycle of structural and mechanical subsystems.
- Generate 3-D models, component drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Document assembly and testing of development and flight hardware.
- Conduct subsystem-level testing including planning, execution, and analysis.
- Develop component specifications and manage suppliers.
- Provide manufacturing and production support.
- Work with multi-functional teams on materials and manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. Degree in engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in Design Engineering.
- Familiarity with aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicle structures.
- Strong mechanical design skills using 3D CAD software.
- Knowledge of GD&T analysis (ASME Y14.5).
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Ability to work independently and drive engineering from concept to production.
