Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain specifications, procedures, and plans for avionics materials and processes.
- Resolve non-conformance issues related to electrical components and processes.
- Provide production and on-vehicle support for electronic systems.
- Implement continuous improvements in manufacturing and operational processes.
- Develop processes ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a team to innovate solutions for engineering challenges.
- Support safe and repeatable space flights, focusing on operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Aerospace, or equivalent Engineering.
- 8+ years of direct M&P and/or Electrical Engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry quality systems (e.g., AS9100, ANSI S20.20).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with engineering fundamentals for materials and advanced manufacturing.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD programs (e.g., Creo Pro/E and CATIA).
