Responsibilities
- Translate avionics engineering intent into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plans and artifacts for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and provide real-time solutions for flight hardware issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum of 8+ years of direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of avionics design and manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to build positive professional relationships.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful residency status required.
