Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Drive Design for 'X' principles across designs.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
  • Identify tools and equipment for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide support on the manufacturing floor during production and testing.
  • Manage non-conformance reports and lead anomaly investigations.
  • Consolidate and analyze test data, generating summaries and verification artifacts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and vehicle systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD and software tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Preferred experience with launch vehicles, spacecraft, or satellites.
