Responsibilities
- Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design and production of the New Glenn Stage 1 variant.
- Drive decisions that optimize rapid design/build cycles for performance and cost.
- Develop cost, mass, and performance targets at various levels.
- Ensure design for producibility, operability, and cost metrics.
- Manage the program’s integrated master schedule and budgets.
- Liaise with leadership from supporting organizations for program support.
- Serve as the primary leader for the New Glenn Stage 1 variant during executive reviews.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering with 15+ years of experience.
- Experience in aerospace development and full lifecycle development of aerospace systems.
- Proven track record in delivering complex multifunctional aerospace systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in hiring and developing effective teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.
- Preferred: MBA, PMP certification, and experience with launch vehicle development.
