Responsibilities
- Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design, development, and production of the New Glenn Stage 1 variant.
- Drive decisions and foster a team culture to optimize rapid design/build cycles.
- Develop and drive cost, mass, and performance targets at various levels.
- Ensure design for producibility, operability, and cost metrics.
- Manage the program’s integrated master schedule and associated budgets.
- Liaise with leadership from supporting organizations to ensure program support.
- Serve as the lead for the New Glenn Stage 1 variant in internal/external executive reviews.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering with 15+ years of product development experience.
- Program and technical leadership experience in aerospace development.
- Experience delivering complex multifunctional aerospace systems.
- Excellent technical communication skills and strong business judgment.
- Experience in hiring and developing diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.
- Preferred: MBA, PMP certification, and experience with launch vehicle development.
