Responsibilities
- Build Spacecraft EGSE Systems, design circuits, and compose interconnection designs.
- Collaborate with Test, Systems, and Flight Hardware Design Engineers on features and requirements.
- Engage with EGSE Software development Engineers for integration with spacecraft testing software.
- Develop and document EGSE System Design Descriptions and Interface Control Documents.
- Create schematics and specifications for hardware procurement.
- Compose Test Plans and conduct EGSE verification tests.
- Support and author Design Review presentation materials and documentation.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical systems and circuit design.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and hardware integration with sensors.
- Knowledge of sensor operation theory for various measurement applications.
- Experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., multi-meters, oscilloscopes).
- Ability to travel for design, fabrication, and delivery.
- Preferred: M.S. degree and 7+ years of experience in complex electrical systems.
