Responsibilities
- Mechanical design, hardware development, and visualization using 3D CAD
- Create, interpret, and review mechanical drawings
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from design to ongoing support
- Develop hardware design and process flow for automated equipment
- Design custom automation equipment and integrate various components
- Provide production support and conduct root cause analysis for improvements
- Manage projects and vendor/supplier relationships
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automated tooling or equipment design and maintenance
- Proficiency in CAD and GD&T implementation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Understanding of control systems and robotics
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience with engineering simulation software and industrial automation solutions
