Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for fabrication, assembly, and integration processes.
- Manage quality, build sequence, and schedule for hardware manufacturing processes.
- Perform engineering drawing impact assessments and approvals for manufacturing.
- Disposition non-conformance repair and rework activities.
- Design material handling and packaging solutions to protect hardware.
- Investigate root causes and resolve vehicle discrepancies.
- Support the manufacturing floor in compliance with engineering requirements and component acceptance testing.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability in component fabrication, precision assembly, and testing.
- Strong aptitude for mechanical system design and hands-on fabrication experience.
- Experience with designing, measuring, and modifying processes.
- Comfortable with engineering software and communicating at all organizational levels.
- General proficiency with CAD is preferred.
