Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware.
- Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with teams across various skills and locations.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships to foster a culture of inclusion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD and other technical software.
- Hands-on experience with flight hardware is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience, including internships.
- Experience with fabrication processes and CNC programming.
