Manufacturing Engineer II (Off Shifts B & D)

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify necessary tools and equipment for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Develop manufacturing plans for new products, including build plans and tool lists.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
  • Facilitate the transition from development to production, including troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft, spacecraft, or automotive manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
  • Proficient in CAD software (Creo or CATIA V5).
  • Strong written and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
