Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing work instructions for harness and sensor fabrication, assembly, testing, and integration.
  • Manage quality, build sequences, and schedules throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Review engineering drawings and provide final approval for manufacturing.
  • Define and support repair and rework activities.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Create accurate material handling and packaging to protect hardware.
  • Manage hardware configuration and maintain pedigree.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing including GD&T.
  • Ability to manage a manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM) and author work instructions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and tools relevant to manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of instruments and tools for troubleshooting and measurements.
