Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Support the introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plans and artifacts.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain positive relationships and contribute to a culture of inclusion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing fields.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Proficient with CAD software and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with building flight hardware and 2+ years in engineering.
