Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for processes and assemblies.
- Manage build sequence and schedule of hardware during manufacturing.
- Review engineering drawings and approve for manufacturing.
- Design tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them.
- Define and support repair and rework activities.
- Perform root cause analyses for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 2+ years of manufacturing and engineering experience.
- Understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals, including GD&T.
- Ability to manage a manufacturing bill of materials and author work instructions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CAD and related software.
- Experience with quality systems such as AS9100 is desired.
