Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing work instructions for processes and assemblies.
  • Manage build sequence and schedule of hardware during manufacturing.
  • Review engineering drawings and approve for manufacturing.
  • Design tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them.
  • Define and support repair and rework activities.
  • Perform root cause analyses for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing and engineering experience.
  • Understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals, including GD&T.
  • Ability to manage a manufacturing bill of materials and author work instructions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD and related software.
  • Experience with quality systems such as AS9100 is desired.
